About

Carrollwood Meadows Subdivision was established in 1978 as a deed restricted community built by U.S. Homes.  There are 823 homes in the community. The neighborhood association was started when the community was built.   Association meetings are held bi-monthly in the Recreation Building in Carrollwood Meadows Park located at the end of Farmington Boulevard.
The Neighborhood Association hosts events throughout the year.  There are two community wide garage sales scheduled each year, along with the Annual Christmas Party in the Park and Summer Picnic.   A monthly newsletter about the community is mailed to each residence.  The association also helps support the Carrollwood Meadows  Young at Heart Seniors that meet  four days a week in the park building.
Membership to the association is voluntary with dues of only $25.00 per year.  Membership  dues are used for events,  mailings, refreshments for meetings, prizes for the annual Christmas Decorating Contest, and other operating expenses.
